Fees- Personal Injury Law
We recognize that our clients have suffered serious personal injuries and are already facing many challenges. Choosing the right personal injury law firm is hard enough. We do not wish to add to that burden, so we will not ask you to provide an “upfront” monetary retainer to offset your legal fees and disbursements. We get paid legal fees and disbursements on a contingency fee basis only if we are successful in recovering monetary compensation on your behalf.
Our legal fees are based upon a percentage of your total monetary recovery. The amount of the percentage we charge will vary depending on several factors, including the complexity of your case and the risks assumed by our law firm.
In every case, our retainer is based upon a mutually satisfactory financial arrangement that is fully explained in writing with a case example provided. There are no surprises at the conclusion of your case. Our law firm prides itself in enabling you and your family to obtain access to the justice system by waiting to get paid our legal fees and disbursements until your case is concluded. We are serious about advancing your claim and will pay for all reasonable and necessary disbursements for all medical and expert reports required to maintain and succeed in your claim.

Retainer fees will be discussed at your initial consultation. You will meet with one of our lawyers to discuss your case and get your questions answered. We will review your options and develop a plan of action. On any urgent issues, we will advise you.
